Brigadier General D. Tim White
Tim White is a seasoned advisor at DWB Global Tactical Asset Management, bringing over 30 years of experience in strategic planning, international communication, and alternative energy development. He is a long-standing member of the prestigious Spectrum Group, where he collaborates with business, academic, political, and national defense leaders to provide strategic guidance to both businesses and governments.
Throughout his career, Tim has honed his expertise in developing communication strategies related to public policy. He has advised clients on the integration of tactical approaches with strategic planning, enhancing their operational effectiveness. Additionally, he has served as a national TV analyst and is a frequent speaker on military and media relations, sharing insights on critical issues affecting national security and public discourse.
As the Managing Partner of Virginia Energy Exchange, Tim specializes in water, solar, and LNG projects, focusing on initiatives across the Pacific Rim, Middle East, and Latin America. His firm partners with professionals who collectively possess over 75 years of experience in international development and project management, ensuring the successful execution of complex projects.
Tim also serves as a director of the Buffalo Bill Center of the West, where he contributes to the preservation and promotion of the cultural heritage of the American West. He founded Live in Legacy Films, an organization dedicated to developing and producing movies, documentaries, and films that explore significant narratives and societal themes.
He earned his PhD from the University of Maryland, where he also received his BA. Tim holds a Master of Arts from the USC Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism, equipping him with a solid foundation in communication strategies and media relations.
