John Redeker has dedicated his entire career to real estate, amassing over 40 years of experience in the industry. He specializes in a diverse range of transactions, representing clients across office, retail, industrial, and residential sectors. His extensive background includes acting on behalf of sellers and buyers in acquisitions and sales, landlords and tenants in lease negotiations, and borrowers and commercial lenders in connection with construction loans and permanent financing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Throughout his career, John has successfully represented both federal and state-appointed receivers in real estate receiverships, showcasing his comprehensive understanding of the legal and operational aspects of real estate transactions. He is highly experienced in commercial transactions, including the formation and ongoing representation of corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

John has expertly negotiated and prepared documents for acquisitions, investments, and small business succession planning, addressing the unique needs of owners and management. A native of Kilmore, John maintains strong ties to the real estate and banking communities within the Northeast. He is actively involved in several educational and community charities and is passionate about fitness, having participated in triathlons and played golf.
